External Portal
Whenever a new service offering was introduced, it was accompanied by its own management website for clients, including a separate authentication database. As the list of services grew, the number of sites and credentials clients had to wade through simply became unmanageable. This external portal was designed to address these issues and position the company to easily introduce additional features without increasing complexity, both on the client’s and development sides.
